I went along to the Urgent Care Centre (UCC) and I have indeed a chest infection. I have been prescribed Amoxicillin TDS for 7 days. My temperature had gone up to 39.4°C (102.92°F) which convinced me to go. The staff at the UCC are awesome. Especially the Nurse Practitioner and the Doctor I saw.
I have been feeling really poorly for a few days now. This morning I woke up at 0600 with a temperature of 38.5°C (101.3°F) so I took some paracetamol (acetaminophen). But I have generally felt sore all over with a nasty headache for this last two weeks. The day before yesterday I started producing green mucous and a very painful chest and throat. So I googled hot lemon and honey drink and found a recipe that has cinnamon in it. Man it is gorgeous.
Vegan Disclaimer: I only used honey from my friends hive he has on his allotment where I know no bees have been harmed.
